Christina brings more than 15 years of experience across brokerage, property management, and construction coordination. She holds a master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and is a graduate of Suffolk University. Her professional designations include SHCM, CPO, and Credit Compliance Professional.
Her background connects the long-term needs of ownership with the practical details of a property’s daily operations. From planning upkeep and unit turnovers to coordinating improvements and real estate decisions, Christina helps clients understand their options and organize the next steps.
Doubleclick’s management roots grew into an ongoing property management business in 2017, with renovation and construction services added in 2023. Today, property maintenance and commercial cleaning sit at the center of a coordinated service offering, supported by management, renovation, and brokerage experience.
Christina’s approach is personal and practical: listen to the client, define the work clearly, communicate progress, and agree on changes before moving ahead. Her focus is on lasting relationships built through transparency, accessibility, and follow-through.
