Inspect and plan
We review the vacant unit and identify cleaning needs, visible damage, requested repairs, and access requirements. The scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
Repair, refresh, and clean
Approved work may include drywall patching, painting, flooring repairs, punch lists, and appliance and cabinet cleaning. Specialist work is coordinated when required.
Review before handoff
We complete a final walkthrough and report visible concerns with locks, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, or other items within the agreed checklist. Required inspections remain a separate step.
